Through building WCEDI company and brand, we had proven expertise in Business Process Outsources (BPO) services. An international company approached us with a desire to have us run their BPO companies for them. WCEDI Management Solutions provided the opportunity for use to serve as an operational investor & board advisor for this international company. We provided services from recruit, training and staffing to oversight daily operations and workflows including client interactions, services & support. We ran the business for over the course of18 years which allow us to earn revenue off of management fees from the International company while continuing to serve our own BPO clients.
