Born of innovation ideation from a leading insurer, Agency RTS was established to fill the unique staffing needs of independent contractor agents & advisors. Agency RTS, was a first of it's kind Recruiting, Training & Staffing services provider tailored to the insurance & financial services market. By identifying, vetting, training and placing candidates matched to the unique needs of each agency, Agency RTS providing qualified staffing to hundreds of independent agency owners across the country.
While the AgencyRTS value proposition was unable to achieve long-lasting scale and viability, our journey in bringing this solution to market for one of the U.S. leading insurers created key learnings that informed and impacted successes across a variety of other businesses we brought to market.
