Ryan is a Finance Advisor for BACA Ventures with over 10 years of experience in corporate/small business finance and accounting. Since his arrival, he has made an instant positive impact by utilizing his wide range of skills on our client's financial structure. This includes the implementation of multiple robust and effective processes, performing in-depth financial analysis, identifying potential issues, and proposing effective solutions. This allows for efficient decision-making, mitigates risk, and ensures the smooth operations of finance and accounting.

Previous to BACA, Ryan's experience ranges from providing services for Leidos Inc. (largest GovCon), to small start-up companies needing new processes and functions. Ryan has also provided services for large private companies including Dhanani Group ($800M Rev), by creating an entire process to effectively manage and allocate their real estate portfolio.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing soccer and golf and continues to compete in recreational leagues. He is also a car enthusiast and is actively engaged within the car community.
